Despite being incomplete, the massiveness of the structure requires continual upkeep. This shows the contrast between the part that's been recently cleaned and that which still needs to be.
The sheer size is entirely impressionable in person, but it's difficult to describe. Not sure I've ever been anywhere this grand in scale.
